Did you ever decide that you were going to indulge in a little creamy stout goodness but not know exactly what you wanted? I did, and figured I’d opt for something I’d never tried while I was at it, what with variety being the spice of life and all. As it turns out, though, just picking out a sample of stout can be a little more complicated than I expected.
