Sundays are the day of the week I’m most likely to watch a sporting event, whether that be football in the fall and winter or baseball once spring has come. Sometimes I ever watch soccer with the oldest son on Sunday mornings.
Of course we aren’t doing any of that now, since there aren’t any sports to speak of in the midst of social distancing. But that doesn’t mean I can wear socks to show some support for events that aren’t currently happening.
At least next weekend there will be some sort of coverage of the NFL Draft. I’ll admit it’s not exactly what I’m jonesing for, but beggars can’t be choosers, I suppose. Until then, keep your head up and have a great week!
